General:

Brandsco.com does not deal with or provide any services or products to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

Shipping Details

Delivery Time:

Orders are expected to be delivered within 72 hours from the time the order is placed.

Shipping Cost:

  • AED 15.00 for deliveries across the UAE (excluding no-service areas).

  • Different shipping rates apply to other GCC countries.

    All orders are shipped via Jeebly.

    Order Processing

    • Orders are processed and shipped 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), except UAE Public Holidays.
    • Order processing will commence once your order has been successfully confirmed on our website.

    Shipping & Delivery

    • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification containing your tracking number.
    • Our shipping provider will contact you in advance to confirm the best delivery time.

    Order Tracking

    Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure that you have the exact amount ready for the courier at the time of delivery.

    Delivery Coverage:

    We deliver across all emirates within the United Arab Emirates. However, deliver to certain remote or restricted areas (such as industrial zone, military areas, islands, or rural locations) may be subject to courier limitations. In such cases, customers may be required to collect their order from the nearest courier location or allow additional delivery time.
